Build-to-Suit Brock Consulting Group (BCG) boasts a successful portofolio of build-to-suit projects in Austin and San Antonio. This and the array of other development projects speaks to our ability to get the job done with speed and quality.

In a true testament to BCG's ability to deliver, the Attorney General Building was awarded to the company in 1995 by the State of Texas. In five months, the company completed the 120,000-square-foot, three-story, tilt-wall project including exterior development, interior improvements and 550 parking spaces on its approximately eight acres.

Two other successful projects were the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission Building and the Texas Rehabilitation Commission Building.
